Our History

Sue & Steve Baldwin started their hospitality management company, Kinsale Properties Inc., in 1991 after purchasing a small hotel and restaurant. 30 years later and Kinsale Properties operates three successful hotels and has transformed their restaurant into a dining destination for locals and travelers alike. However, Kinsale Properties aims to be more than just a hospitality management company. In 2016 a one hundred-unit storage facility was built in Gunnison, Colorado, to meet the growing demand of renters and college students living in the area. As the company has grown, nine residential rental properties have been added to the management portfolio. Kinsale Properties continues to exceed industry standards and pushes the scope of what hospitality means.
